Tanner has had a history of receiving speech therapy since he was 3 years old, and stopped services because the family relocated to El Paso. According to his mother, Tanner was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder when he was 6 years old. Mother stated Tanner is not on any medication and has learned to self-regulate. Per parent report, Tanner has regressed in his speech production since ceasing speech therapy. He is currently enrolled in a PASS Unit at Carrasco Elementary in the 3rd grade, and received speech therapy twice a week for 30 minutes. At this time, his mother is not concerned with Tanner’s language as he made great gains while attending speech therapy in Colorado. Keep in mind the severity is high due to his age. He would benefit from goals targeting the production of: "r", "z" and "th" sounds, as well as "s", "l" and "r" blend words.
