11-16-2025 10:05 AM	Dario Camarena	Dario (Prim) Replied: 1-Dario Misael Camarena 03/11/2021 2-Si, Dario fue concebido por inseminación artificial y tuve riesgo de aborto los primeros tres meses después en el parto se intentó de forma natural pero venía muy grande y terminó siendo cesaría de emergencia. 3-si tuvo infección en el oído como dos veces la primera en su primer año de vida y la segunda como alas 2 años y medio, su última visita fue al dentista se quebró un diente, no tiene algún diagnóstico por el momento, se ha descartado autismo pero pueda y tenga déficit de atención el 4 de diciembre tiene una evaluación para ver ese tema y en cuanto alergia se le acaba de realizar un examen de sangre para ver si tiene alguna alergia pero hasta en dos semanas me dan los resultados. 4-gateo a los 5 meses camino a los 10 meses, se alimento solo dentro del primer año, vestirse solo por completo sin ayuda a los 3 años ir al baño por completo alas 3 años su primera palabra fue al año y en combinación de palabras a los dos años. 5-para dormir no tiene problema duerme sus 8 o 10 horas pero si ha tenido problemas respiratorios a veces duerme con la boca abierta, ronca,y se le detectó las adenoides grandes , con el estudio de las alergias veremos si alguna alergia el esté provocando eso. 6-curso el pk-3 completo, en pk-4 solo hasta noviembre ya que tuvo problemas para integrarse con su maestra y algunos compañeros y para enero entrará en otra escuela. 7-por el momento no presenta problemas de vista o audición, su último examen fue en septiembre 2025 paso su examen solo me comentaron que del lado izquierdo escucha un poco menos. 8-mi mayor pre

11-20-2025 09:12 AM	Jessica Ortiz	Buenos días! Aquí le dejo un corto resumen de la evaluación de Darío: Darío presenta un desorden severo a profundo del lenguaje receptivo/expresivo. Estas son sus metas: demostrar entendimiento de conceptos de cantidad, seguir instrucciones con preposiciones, imitar y producir frases de 3-4 palabras,usar la forma de gerundio del verbo y usar palabras de varias maneras pragmáticas. Como le comenté, Darío califica para terapia 1x por semana, de 45-60 minutos. Aún no recibimos la aprobación, pero le haremos saber cuándo ya podremos comenzar. Saludos :)

En vez de preguntar “¿quieres…?”, se le ofrecerán a Dario siempre dos opciones que el adulto acepta, por ejemplo “¿quieres caminar o correr?”, “¿quieres agua o leche?”, o “¿jugamos con carros o pelotas?”. Si Dario responde “no”, el adulto dará una segunda opción diciendo “está bien, ¿quieres hacerlo tú o te ayudo yo?”. Si vuelve a decir “no”, el adulto escogerá y ayudará diciendo “ok, entonces te ayudo yo” y se realizará la acción sin discutir ni repetir la pregunta muchas veces.
