I am awaiting accommodations. Although they won't have a food prepared or wasn't sure if they were supposed to have a food prepared. Their father didn't discuss any details with me regarding their first therapy or what needed to be done by then.
11-13-2025 12:41 PM	Bertha Solis	I am sorry to hear that; I will cancel the sessions if that is better for you, so you don’t have to stress about it and focus on your health; I also apologize, I should have messaged you separately with the update- I gave Dad a few handouts, which I can print out again when I do see you so you can have a copy; The girls did great with exploration of what you prepared, they responded very well to the SOS approach to feeding strategies and learned it quickly; Ellie ate the meat and explored the tomato, onion, and peppers by licking and smelling them and she said she is open to continue exploring to hopefully add it to her food repertoire; Maddie, gave the meat a few “kisses” which is terminology used with the approach that I can explain further when I give you the hand outs and she also gave it a bite and chewed, but did not swallow yet, she also said she is open to continue exploring meat; she also gave the veggies a lick; with the apple sauces both girls gave it a taste and also said they want to keep exploring; for Maddie’s social skills, I was able to begin turn taking and imaginative play to get her out of her shell; both girls completed an obstacle course, vibration mat for ~2 minutes and linear swing on platform swing; let me know if you have any questions and I will see you all next week; currently working on getting a better time and day for the girl’s sessions (: thank you for your patience (:
