No major illnesses or accidents, no diagnoses or allergies. Jordan also doesn't take any medications. 4. Crawling and sitting up by 1 year old, walking by 1 1/2 yo, self feeding about 2 years old, is unable to dress himself yet only with assistance, has not been potty trained, is babbling a lot and wanting to speak words at 2 years old, no word combinations yet 5. No sleeping or breathing issues, gets 8-10 hours of sleep, does not wake up at night only very rarely, sometimes snores normally, no enlarged tonsils and sleeps with mouth open rarely 6. Jordan does not attend school or daycare 7. English at home and sister in law watches him while at work/school and is in a Spanish speaking environment 8. No visual or hearing issues, last check up in August 2025, Jordan passed check up 9. My main concern with Jordan's speech and or language is that he doesn't want to speak words or sentences when we try to sit him down and verbalize words/sentences. He is very independent and he has been babbling a lot more as if he's striking up conversation but doesn't want to learn the words we teach him or doesn't repeat words after us most of the time.

At this time I don't have anyone else able to take Jordan for me on our scheduled time and days, so I think it would be best to discharge and return late May, since I'll be done with my rotation by that time. My sincerest apologies!
