Mrs. Faugl reported that Thomas experiences disrupted sleep patterns, typically sleeping for only approximately six hours per night. She noted that he frequently wakes and requests a bottle multiple times throughout the night.

At this time, attendance has fallen below 40%. Both the clinic and insurance providers require at least 90% attendance to continue providing services. Because of this, we are unable to allow any additional missed visits moving forward. We completely understand that unexpected situations can happen, and our goal is to continue supporting Thomas’s progress. Consistent attendance is very important to ensure therapy remains effective and that services can continue without interruption. If you anticipate any scheduling conflicts, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to support you :)

At this time, due to multiple missed appointments and attendance falling below the requirement set by both the insurance provider and clinic, we will need to discharge Thomas from services. Insurance policies require 90% attendance in order to continue authorizing therapy.
