Per parent report, pregnancy and birth were full term with a natural delivery and no significant complications. Medical history is significant for previous surgeries in May and November; however, parent did not report ongoing medical complications at this time. Developmental milestones including walking, crawling, and early talking were reported to have occurred within expected timeframes with no significant delays noted. Parent reported that Kalia generally sleeps well and obtains approximately 8–10 hours of sleep per night, although she may occasionally wake during the night. No concerns regarding snoring or breathing were reported. Kalia currently takes allergy medication (cyproheptadine) as prescribed. She is currently enrolled in 3rd grade and receives general education services. Parent reported no current concerns related to vision or hearing.
