Speech Background History: Miguel is a 2 year, 2 month old male who was seen on the above date for an initial evaluation per referral of PCP to determine his current level of functioning and if skilled speech intervention is warranted at this time. Miguel was accompanied by his mother and, who provided pertinent verbal and written information referenced in this report. Spanish is the primary language in the home and in the academic setting. Parent’s reported her main concerns revolve around Miguel's expressive language as he currently says around 7 words.
