Mother reported a full-term pregnancy with no complications and stated that all developmental milestones were achieved within normal limits. Gracelyn is currently enrolled in a full-day preschool program and does not receive any speech or related services at this time. Mother reported that Gracelyn gets along well with peers and demonstrates appropriate social interactions.
