Assessment of Goals/Response to Treatment: The patient presented as alert and cooperative throughout the therapy session, demonstrating engagement in structured activities. He continues to show emerging progress toward the goal of imitating environmental sounds, achieving 10% accuracy (1 out of 10 trials) during play-based tasks. For example, he produced a vocalization in response to a model of a car sound following moderate multimodal cues, including verbal and visual prompts. Regarding the objective of using core vocabulary, a decrease in performance was noted. The patient did not independently use any of the 10 target words via verbalization, sign, or AAC across approximately 15 opportunities, even with moderate clinician prompting.

At this time, we do not have any after-school appointments available. However, we do have daytime availability between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
