We would like to inform all patients with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance that insurance benefits reset at the beginning of the new year. This means that all copays, coinsurance amounts, deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximums will reset.
As a result, payments for visits will be charged at the full allowed amount until your deductible is met. Depending on your specific BCBS plan, you may or may not have a deductible.
Below are the allowed amounts that will apply until your deductible is met:
Speech Therapy (ST):
Initial Evaluation: $181.77
Visits: $68.24
Re-evaluation: $234.19
Feeding Therapy (FD):
Initial Evaluation: $67.73
Visits: $67.73
Re-evaluation: $234.19
Occupational Therapy (OT):
Initial Evaluation: $80.31
Visits: $118.34
Re-evaluation: $55.41
Physical Therapy (PT):
Initial Evaluation: $80.31
Visits: $118.34
Re-evaluation: $55.68
Once your deductible has been met, your copay or coinsurance amounts will then apply according to your plan benefits.

As the holiday season approaches, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to you. It has been a true privilege to be part of your child’s journey this year. Every milestone reached, every effort made, and every smile shared, reminds us why we do what we do.

At this time, we do not have any after-school appointments available. However, we do have daytime availability between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee a specific treatment time at this moment, as scheduling will be finalized once insurance approvals are received.
If these times work for you, please message us to confirm your interest, and we will send you a scheduling link to arrange an initial evaluation.
