Our attendance policy states that we are to be notified of cancellations 24 hours before the session begins, and in case of emergency I do request that I at least be notified a few minutes before a session begins. Per the policy though this absence will count towards a non-compliance, given that we were not notified prior to the beginning of session. Our attendance policy states that we are to be notified of cancellations 24 hours before the session begins, and in case of emergency I do request that I at least be notified a few minutes before a session begins. Acacia is currently behind about 4 visits, so I will schedule her 3 times next week to start working on making them up if that works for your schedule. Just a reminder that we do require a 90% attendance policy and will need to complete those make up sessions. The availability for next week is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for those make ups. I recently moved to a new position and have a lot on my plate, it's been difficult to juggle the therapy appointments. I need to speak to my HR Rep to see what accommodations can be made and what if any documentation I need to bring in to ensure I can have time off to take Acacia to her appointments regularly.

Unfortunately, due to the last minute cancellation, this will have to be counted as a non compliance, no call/no show, which gets flagged with the front office. They will most likely be contacting you with a message regarding the no call no show. Once you have received 3 warning messages they are required to move forward with a discharge.
