Speech Medical History: Azalea was induced at 39 weeks via vaginal delivery. No complications were experienced, and there was no stay in the NICU. Mother stated she had surgery on her finger tendon at 2 years old.

Mother reported that she will tell Azalea not to talk like a minion and to use real words, and Azalea will respond with "oh."
